MadamQ.

Let it ring.

Quinn answers. You keep working.

Quinn is an AI-powered answering and scheduling service for appointment- and job-based service businesses. It answers your phone when you can't, and turns the call into a booked appointment on your calendar.

Answering in Northeast Ohio

The phone is the enemy of the work.

Every ring is a choice between doing the job you're on and not losing the job that's calling. You shouldn't have to choose.

78% of homeowners hire the first contractor who responds. 86% who reach voicemail never leave a message. The job doesn't go to the best contractor — it goes to whoever picks up.

What Quinn does on a call

A call might need one of these, or all three. Quinn handles whatever the caller actually needs — and the caller decides when they're done.

Answers, 24/7

Picks up on the first ring, day or night, and listens to what the caller needs in their own words.

Books the appointment

Checks your real calendar, offers times you can actually make, and puts the job on the schedule.

Takes a message

Not every caller wants an appointment. A message taken properly and sent straight to you is a real answer too.

What makes Quinn different

Sounding human is the easy part. Behaving well when something goes wrong is the part nobody demos.

It won't double-book you

Before Quinn writes anything, it re-checks your live calendar — so the job you added from your truck five minutes ago still blocks that slot.

It never promises a time it couldn't confirm

If your calendar can't be reached, Quinn says so plainly and arranges to follow up. It will not guess, and it will not tell your customer you're full — because a caller who hears "we're booked" calls someone else.

A taken slot isn't a dead end

If a time goes between offering it and booking it, Quinn says so and names the next real openings — in the caller's own time zone, not yours.

It asks before it texts

And it keeps the proof. Someone who replies STOP stops receiving texts and keeps their appointment — those are two different things, and conflating them punishes a customer for exercising a right.

An outage becomes a delay, never a lost job

If your calendar is down when the booking happens, the job is recorded on our side immediately and lands on your calendar when it comes back. The customer is booked either way.

It knows what it isn't

No price for work it hasn't seen. No diagnosis over the phone. No opinion about what insurance covers. The fastest way to lose trust is to answer a question you had no business answering.

On every call, Quinn

  • Identifies itself as an AI assistant and discloses that the call is recorded
  • Listens and records what the caller needs, in the caller's own words
  • Books an appointment on your calendar, or takes a message
  • Texts the caller a confirmation of their appointment
  • Notifies you about the call, the way you prefer to be reached

What Quinn will not do

Quinn does not provide pricing estimates for work it cannot assess, does not diagnose problems, and does not give advice about insurance coverage. It can state fees you have published — a diagnostic fee, an after-hours rate — because those are your policy rather than a guess.

Quinn will never:

  • Quote a price for work it hasn't seen
  • Diagnose the problem over the phone
  • Tell a customer what their insurance covers
  • Pretend a life-safety emergency is a booking

Quinn is not an emergency service

Quinn cannot contact emergency services, and it does not try to. A caller describing a life-safety situation is told immediately to hang up and dial 911 themselves. Quinn will not take a booking instead, and it will never imply that help is on the way.

Messages we send

MadamQ sends SMS text messages in two situations, both following a phone call the recipient initiated:

1. Appointment confirmations

When you call MadamQ, Quinn answers and books your appointment — and asks before sending anything: "I'll text you a confirmation at this number — is that alright?" You answer on the recorded line. Only then does the text go out.

What you receive when you call us

"Thanks for calling MadamQ — you said it was okay to text you. You're confirmed for Thursday, March 14, 2–4pm. Reply STOP to opt out."

2. Call notifications to business owners

Our business customers receive text messages notifying them of calls, bookings, and messages taken on their behalf. Once Quinn is answering your phone, you hear about every call it takes — and you choose when: in real time, on the hour, or once at the close of business.

What you receive as a client

"[your business] — new booking: Sarah Chen, Thursday March 14 2–4pm, 100 Example Ave NW — musty basement. Reply STOP to opt out."

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. All messages are transactional and follow from a call the recipient placed to a business we serve, or from the business customer's own service subscription.

Message frequency varies with call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for assistance.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
